Raid does not care about their customers at all.

I am frustrated with rain. Im currently on the R250 contract, which is not that bad, nor good. I then app**** online for their 5G that they claim to be fast, when I app**** their system said theres coverage where I stay. I made the R1000 upfront payment as their requirement, I was expecting delivery in 3 to 5 working days but I waisted money and time calling their useless call center with no luck, 3 weeks later I received it. Long story short, I was told there's no coverage in my area Waterfall Estate in Midrand... No coverage meant I had to return it. I canceled it an agent said they will collect it. 2 months later I'm still waiting for collection, Ram couriers called me daily saying they coming to pick it up, no one came. My problem worsened, I now owe Rain monthly payment for R1000 5G rooter which I canceled. My R250 contract is deactivated because of the rooter that is still not collected. I work online, my wife also, my kids school is progressing through online. I begged them all day long today 17th April 2020 (under lock down) to remove that R1000 for 5G rooter... They don't want to listen, their communication method does not work at all. They don't deserve this 1 star.
