RAID - A non-entity as a company and service provider
Sadly after 23 days trying to get my data SIM card activated and logging 12 support calls and trying to speak to a RAIN support person without success, I have cancelled my subscription with RAIN. I cannot believe that any company can have such an inept support system in place. They are completely ineffective and completely non-customer focused as a company. The first and only time that I got to speak to a human being after trying for 23 days, was when I cancelled my contract. I will sadly never do business with RAIN again. Not even if they gave me their data service for free for life. I certainly won't recommend them to anyone either

23 Feb 2022, 17:30Thank you for the offer but I have gone to a competitor and with 48 hours I obtained an active fiber connection. My cancellation of your service stands. Rather spent the time productively looking internally at your organization and start making changes to your attitude, processes and procedures. Machines can't fix everything. You need to make people available to assist (ex)customer like me who need help. Otherwise you won't be in business very long.
