R299 deductions for what
Rain keeps deducting R299 off my account for a product I dont have anymore. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times and still nothing gets done about it. No refunds and amounts still coming off my account. Not fair and not right. I get debited R299 every month for numerous months. Really not happy at all. Very bad service.
