r250 p/m is big fat lie and i can prove it

I paid R250.00 on the 25th of Jan, if rain is R250.00 p/m and i was not in areas and cant be in arreas so why do i then on the 4th of Feb get my services suspended? Does R250 p/m not mean that I should have data till the 24th or 23th of feb? why is it on the 4th of feb, 21days remaining before a month expires since I paid my r250.00 then my services are off? if I paid r250 on the 15th of Jan does it not mean i should have data till the 15th of feb? or what is this r250 a month mean then cause you ripping me off and i would not advise anyone at this stage to buy your product
