Quick to take money, then ... nothing

Back when they started, I created an account to see their prices etc. It lay dormant until last week when I finally decided to take out their One product offering. I tried to check out but then saw my ID number space was blank. I logged a ticket and someone called me VERY quick to finish the order and stayed online while I paid.

Since then I have been having the greatest of non-effort from Rain's side. On Friday and today, I have phoned and logged tickets numerous times to get my ID number on their system, since their couriers cannot deliver the package with out my ID number.

So frustrating, but on one of the call I received earlier today I saw iBurst, and lets not even go into how terrible their service was.
