Quick to take money, Takes forever to refund

Pathetic service I posted on here about a week ago asking for assistance with a refund that I've been waiting for from the 20th October this pathetic everytime I call in a consultant just says matter has been escalated.

I then am told on previous occasions that my refund has been processed and I've been waiting not for more than a month for a refund.
