QUICK TO SING UP/ CANNOT DELIVER GOOD SERVICE

They quick go sign up then when needing help no one is available...I want to cancel this service ots not even helping me at all im in 2 months without internet, meaning I'm spending a lot on buying data whereas I'm debited This isn't really acceptable, to date im still waiting for an agent to call PLEASE CANCEL THIS ITS AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD HISTORY!!!!!!!
