I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Ms Mosa Mooke, for the excellent service she provided me last week and doing follow up today as promised. Ms. Mooke helped me to sort out my account after I tried numerous time to change my payment date. I have always been disappointed with the service I receive with your call center. However, Ms. Mosa's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations and thanks to her... Really appreciate it.
