Query

This is the worst service provider for internet ive ever came across worst than MTN from day one they deducted R500 from my account for a router that doesn't have coverage in my area that they told me i have coverage day 1 i canceled and phoned them and spoke to 5 different customers care consultants and the all say the same thing that they have made a note and its been 5 months R2500 rand now for nothing pls spare your self the trouble and don't get Rain honestly i still have there brick of a router that they keep telling me they will fetch it this is unacceptable you stil on the phone for 20 min to hear they will take the matter forward and the still deduct the money.
