Queenswood Rain useless service

On Tuesday I went to Rain in Queenswood Pretoria where I ported my phone number from MTN to Rain. The next day I still did not have access to my number and even now on Saturday II still do not have access to my number. Rain is trying to blame me by saying it is my setting that are wrong and when I tell them that I cannot change them they offer no help. I sent a message to Hassan *** at Queenswood at 12 and by 15:30 there was still no reply. The service from Rain is disgusting and they think I must be so grateful to them for speaking to me when I have no phone since Tuesday and it has cost me money. They lucky I cannot give them a minus 10000.
