****PY SERVICE & NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

Rooter has been on red for a WHOLE week. I work from home and need to constantly buy data in order to work. So fed up with the customer service as well- spoke to 6 different agents and absolutely useless. Nobody is calling me back like the agents said they would. I've hard reset it probably over 50 times. I've tried moving the rooter to different spots in order to get a signal and NOTHING is working, even went outside. So disappointed, no technician has made contact with me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
