****PY SERVICE FROM RAIN!!!!!!!

I logged a call with rain on Tuesday due to network issues and asked for a password reset the password reset was not successful my router stopped working after that and the router got greyed out then the consultant told me technicians will call to assist me but up until today no one has called to assist me and when I called the rain line they hang up on me I am extremely angry and want to cancel subscription with my rain I have never experienced such ****py service ever mind you I'm working from home and haven't been able to connect since Tuesday which has led to having to take unnecessary leave because of Rain!!!!! I'm one angry customer and would never recommend them to anyone!!!!
