Connectivity has been an issue for over a month now, spent the whole day yesterday trying to get some assistance to no avail. I spoke to a consultant named Khanya who promised to call me back once her system was up and running, I am still waiting now, then I spoke to Monique who also assured will help me but the line got cut off and she never called again, each consultant that I spoke to thereafter would say they will assist but then suddenly we get cut off and no one returns my call, despite numerous call back requests. It is ridiculous that you charge customers full amount each month despite your lack of services and neglecting customers Who have been nothing but loyal. Even know I am still waiting for assistance, can't even get through to anyone to at least cancel this ****py service as I have no choice!
