I wouldn’t recommend getting rain WiFi if you have the option of fibre. Tried rain for a month now and it seems like the only good service you get is when you contact them the first time to make a purchase. My internet has been non-existent the whole month and everytime I try and log a support call nobody gets back to me. Today i tried logging on to their website and app with no luck. It just keep bringing me back to the home page without signing in. Very disappointing. At this point I’m looking at cancelling their services and even that is a hassle. I tried calling their offices to cancel and the automated lady told me to sign in to the website and cancel from there. How when I can’t even log in. ****py service all round.
