Just when I thought my account was sorted, Rain does it again.. Not sure who handles the account side but they doing a ****py job. My other sim was loaded with 3GB instead of 2GB while the other one only has 0.73 with no minutes and 135 sms instead of 100... further more my account says I owe R265 in arears which I know nothing about cos my payment date is the 15th not 5th..

I thinks its best I cancel the services, seeing that the people fail to do their job.
