Rains network connectivity disappears during loadshedding... And has of recent been taking up to two and a half hours to return to normal.

I logged a ticket regarding this, and had to log another one to actually get a response, which while appreciated, DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE.

The fees recently went up, and equally as recently the service has been utterly unacceptable.

Now I'm paying R539 for a service that I can't even use when it is convenient to me ?!

So when it comes time to pay again,

Can I offer my excuse in lieu of payment ?

I thought... Not...

So while I'm paying for a service... The service is rendered.

Or alternately I keep track of downtime and remove it as a percentage of the billed amount.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT SUB PAR SERVICE.
I CANNOT AFFORD THE AGGRAVATION OF HAVING TO MOLLY CODDLE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
