****py internet and *********** service

Its been off since Friday really!!!?

So all you can tell me is your service is down and your technicians are working on it, been hearing that same story since Friday, this is unacceptable.

You really think I havent been doing that for the past 4 days now, this is ridiculous, get this **** sorted out now

Day 5 without internet, guess this technician had been working on one tower since last week Friday. What the **** am i suppose to do in the mean. Your service is extremely ****! At this point i just want to cancel this thing ASAP

My internet is still off, you are replying but have nothing constructive to say! Come fetch your **** man!

No decency to call no decency to respond on emails or social media. Honestly come take this *** thing. Can take business elsewhere where i wont be dealing with *********** people and useless service

Received an email stating he will be here on Friday between 8am to 5pm, had to wait all day at home for a no show. Seriously you guys are the worst. Just close shop honestly

And then? Doesnt fix my problem now does it

Listen just come get this thing please im cancelling it its not working its been like this for over 3 weeks. Keep on promising to send out technicians and no one pitches

He came last week and didnt do anything, he came unequipped, again a clear example of incompetence. Im not paying you people a single cent anymore. I think this should rather explore my options at a ombudsman
