****py connection/ ****ty service from agents that don't know their work.

I called your support not once today but several times and a guy named RUSHAN told me he could not access my profile?? How's that even possible?? My internet has been off the whole day and you guys can't do anything?? You can't even tell me what the problem is?? Why are you guys so ***********??? So today must just go to waste without internet??? on top of that I have work to do and my work requires internet for crying out loud.

Why is there no resolution to this problem?? so you're basically saying I must ****off and I'm lying I don't have a router with you guys ?? and how is it any of my problem if you can't access my account when I gave you all the details????

this Rushan/Roshan agent must know his work or must ask his superiors if he's not capable of doing his job. I'm actually very ****ed off with your service RAIN. *** man!!!
