Putrid Service!!! Don't waste your time

Ever since I signed up with Rain it's been issues. Think I have more than 100 references. My number is ***. It took weeks before I got activated and now when I want to cancel it's taking even longer. I called in to cancel at the end of August but this month they still debited and did not collect their router. Please collect router and cancel.
