PUTRID RAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE

By far the worse cistomer experience despite the review, the request for a complaint, Im still being harrassed by Rain, despite the last review no one from Rain contacted me accept possibily the collections team, I have a valid query which they dont want to address, Im sure like any normal business there has to be different levels of escaltion for bad deceptive service seems there are none at Rain its like they want to win ****tiest ******* service ever.
