Putrid Customer Service

I have more than 100 references numbers for cancellation but still nothing. Today I get a very threatening call from rain after I called in countless times. They say there is usage on my router when it's packed away in the box in my car waiting for them to collect. Definitely not worth the trouble. Don't ever sign up with them. They only lie and disappoint customers
