Putret, horrible and terrible network speeds.

I am not a customer who usually complains, I only complain when I don't get my money's worth, I have been struggling to get in touch with someone from RAIN to assist with this horrible and terrible network speeds I am getting on the Rain unlimited 4G, my speeds goes as low as 0.2mbps, this is not what I am paying for, nor what I signed up for, please fix this problem, it is really becoming annoying now.
