Pure **** from Rain

I cancelled this account fully paid up more than 4years, used Telkom after than and now on Fibre for the last 2 years , now they send me a bill of more than R400 years later saying that my account has been handed over, are url that desperate for money that url would send people a bill that have cancelled with url years ago?
