Purchased SIM card not delivered

Att Rain, honestly if you can not deliver my sim card please cancel the order and refund me, I purchased your sim online on the 15th June till to date I haven’t received it yet no one is contacting me on what’s the hold up of my purchase.

This is unacceptable and I’ve been loyal to my rain network and getting another is urgent my email are ignored and no response comes from your support team

Please advise what I should do !?!
