PUBLIC WARNING - RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I have cancelled my Rain contracts last year already and send the Routers back for which Rain acknowledged they have received. I have been inudunded with messages by Rain requesting payment although it clearly says I do not owe anything. This has been confirmed numerous times NUMEROUS times on their whatsapp line as well. Every time I must hear it will be escalated they see no monies owed and that the routers was returned. Since the past Friday I have received yet 6 more payment requests. Once again I was told sorryy for the inconvenience. Today my account was debited with 36.98 USD as i pay with my USA debit card. So they basically went and just debited the account although I have send back the routers last year already and the contract was duly cancelled. (It was month to month). this is just totally unacceptable. PLEASE NEVER MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICE EVER ITS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER YOU CAN EVER FIND. THEY ARE *******.
