Proper ****! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER - quick to debit but no support at all!

I have had no customer service support at all!

My account was debited for the R479 packaged and then no RICA sms was sent at all. Its been 12 hours. I then had to buy other data.

I cannot even submit or log a ticket on their website it doesnt go through.

I want my refund immediately and do not want to use this service any longer.

Please refund me as per your 7 day policy! and cancel the agreement.
