PROOF OF PAYMENT/PURCHASE BEFORE DATA CAN BE LOADED
In my years of technology I have never send proof of purchase of airtime/data to any service provider before they it can be loaded. Recharging is LIVE. You recharge you get your data/airtime immediately. Recharging means you need the service asap. I have recharged data with rain 2 hours a go as I need the data for immediate transactions, till now my data is not loaded, when I called their call center I was told to send proof of purchase/payment. Really!!!! this is the first. Can Rain kindly load my 2 gigs data I have purchased for my SIM1 or they refund my money so I can buy data from other service provider please.
