23 Feb 2021, 17:41Just yesterday I was complementing, on the excellent service and today again for the 3rd time in a week my internet is off, It's been almost 4 hours now without internet and still no response, only notifications for them merging and closing my tickets and no real response as to when my issue will be resolved. I am really disappointed in the service as even an escalation request is ignored. If this is the type of service rain provides than I would not recommend it to anyone!
