Prompt response from Rain

I had a bad experience with Rain recently. I was over charged and I let my disappointment and dissatisfaction known. What I loved about them is the prompt response to my query. They heard my cry and did something about it. I was promised a full refund which my bank has already notified me. Thanks to these guys Ebrahim, Nteseng & Philip.
