promotional offer not honoured, false advertising

Please respond to my complaint below.
I also phoned Rain from the Town Square Branch on 28 July and still have had no call back as promised.
. I received the below sms:
rain: Upgrade your unlimited 4G for any device plan to rainOne for FREE! Enjoy unlimited 5G home wifi all day, plus FREE monthly calls & data for 2 phones: each SIM has 2GB, 60 mins & 100 SMS. No extra cost, no contracts! Call *** to upgrade. Thanks
Due to an internal admin error on your side, my deal above was not fulfilled.
My account has been debited R595 this morning. as per the above sms, I should only be charged R535, no extra charge.
When will this be rectified?

08 Aug 2024, 13:25I didn't ask for a 101 router. On 28 July at Town Square branch, I showed the rain sms and I asked for the promotional offer I was offered. Thats all I asked for and all I want. It is not my fault if rain gave me the wrong product. Your call centre on 28 July, when I phoned from Town square branch, said they'd escalate and phone me back. To date, no one has phoned. I want the standard free to use router on rainOne. I also just got a watsapp from Rain with the same offer-upgrade to RainOne at no additional cost. If I go to Town square to swap the 101 router, will I get the runaround or will they swap for the correct one and will you update my account please-I will not be paying 595, I am taking the promotion I was watsappd today - free upgrade to rainOne at NO additional cost. Please DO NOT debit my account R595 on 1 September; you must only debit R535 as per the promotional offer, upgrade at no additional cost. I will assist by dropping off the incorrect router at Town square, one you confirm they will swap it for the correct rainOne router as per the promo I was offered in June and today, without giving me hassles. Please confirm.
