Promises not meet

I orderd a Rain sim card it was delivered within turn around time however I did not get the sim card because I used postal address on the proof of address instead of residential fair enough. I then went and got my proof of address with the residential address, this was on Friday I was called by rain same day and they advised me that the card will be delivered on Monday. I never had from them ,Tuesday Morning at 9:35 I sent an inquiry on their website, I recieved an email confirming tht my query has been recieved and I will be contacted within 24hrs. I have never been contacted by rain since then. I am very disappointed.
