Promises and lies...no 5G but keep paying for 5G!
I log a call (***) and through my interaction with the support personnel, it is concluded and arrange for an onsite visit...I plan my day based on the appointment requested, and come the time (and hours goes by), no one arrives or sends me a message indicating they are not coming anymore or whatever the delays if any...I try to reach out querying why no one is here, my emails goes unanswered.
Why must Rain treat customers as if they are rendering them a free service where value for money doesn't matter?
I subscribed for a premium service but you'd swear I am using a 4Mb ADSL connection - this is the most unstable inconsistent and unreliable server I've ever used.
On each of my contacts with Rain I am told to "factory reset" my CPE - for how long must I do this? I am told to use the optimiser feature on the rain website to orientate my CPE; that optimiser thing is not working how the rain personnel are trained - one minute it tells you that you are connected kilos out of your neighbourhood, the next you are connected just across the street, the next blocks away. If one is to always orientate the CPE towards the direction of the optimiser thing, it means I have to climb my house roof daily to follow the optimiser - this is totally unexpected I am sure. My safety also is of concern.
I am tired of the same "template response" when I log a call - I provide so much technical information that it is just looked over...
The money I am paying doesn't justify the type and quality of connection I get.
What must I do in this case? Must one use HelloPeter to get your attention?

These "template" or automated responses doesn't make things better - you should call me or email me with something of context.
Why must I come to this platform to seek attention always? I am not impressed at all, you are ripping me off for the amount of money I am paying.

Your colleague who called me made no difference - he's also full of promised, can't keep them. On two occasions he's promised to send me an email for me to send him more details on my issue, he has not done so. I am still waiting!
