Hi Mosa,
I opened 4 tickets all with the same response: please move your router around. The router has been tested in every corner of my house, even outside. I was told there is a tower <500 meters from my home but no-one can get me connected to that tower.

This has been a nightmare experience. What a waste of hard earned money.
