Promise what they can't deliver. PATHETIC

We are in Sophiatown.Our current internet speed is on 0.5mbs and we pay for a premium 5G package and we have an outdoor router on the roof.Now it is showing that we are on 4G . Has been like this for 3 Months .Opening a ticket doesn't even help. When you call you are directed to India to a call center and all they do is apologize and say that a technician will call you .........that never happens. Pathetic service. Rating is negative 100.
