Promise to pay

Howcome I never had to pay the minimum payment before when I asked you to change the promise to pay date ?

Me asking to change the promise to pay date is me not having any money to make payment but I always make payment on my rain account I always make sure that you guys get the money that I owe I've been doing this now for a year with use where I give half the 1st and the other half when I get paid however I literally did not get paid what I am supposed to and I phoned to pay use instead I could have taken that money and used it towards my groceries but I didn't I chose to pay rain who gives me issues with connection but yet I don't change my provider I stay with use everyone else tells me I'm crazy to stay with Rain cos of the connection issues that occurs but I've been a customer now for a year and not once did I skip payment I always make sure rain is paid why must I now make a payment of 50 which I don't have if this is the case I am going to have to change my provider cause rain has gone up with the prices and I sticked to it but the payment plan is to expensive for my budget I have a child on the way I have bills other than this to pay 625 is alot and my bill was high cause I leveled up as I needed the data for an emergency that occurred but now this is ridiculous honestly I asked you for the change of date cause I know I don't have money right now but my husband gets paid on the 28th and I get paid the 31st so by the 28 rain will be paid the remaining balance but I think I should stop using this service

Could you advise me what's going to happen as I asked for the date to change and you told me to make a 50 payment which I said I can't I don't have and I never had to pay before to change the promise to pay date ? So I need to know because of this is how it's going to be I'm going to have to look for a cheaper and affordable service provider and cancel with you.

If this is how the promise to pay dates work then I will have to cancel rain and I will look for a different service provider

Okay no problem thank you . You can deduct the R50.00 tomorrow from my account for the promise to pay date to change and then once I paid my last installment I will cancel

I have no access to that link and the agent I spoke to the last time sent it to my email address how do you guys expect me to make payment?? I have made a way to get a 50 and now you telling me different things I would like to speak to a manager cause the agent sends me a email when I told him. I don't have access to that number any longer
