Promise-to-pay

Payment Query I've been requesting call backs from Rain since October 2025 regarding my account and have not received any feedback. I have more than 50 tickets now created on both AI and from call centre. I spoke to an agent called JAM very disrespectful and rude, arguing with me more than listening to me. i called for help not for her to be speaking over me not offering any solution. i have been told that i have to waiting for the billing team or collections team to call me.

The reason for my query has never been attended to after being a loyal customer with rain for the past 5years. Very poor service from their call centre agents. very angry and frustrated client.
