Promise to pay

Can I make a payment arrangement if my account is overdue to pay the full amount on the 15th?

Could I please extend my Promise to pay one more time to the 30th of June. I will pay the full outstanding amount of R 1587 as well as a additional full payment in advance and will ensure going forward that my account remain up to date.
