Profile disappeared after I paid for sim

I created a profile on a Friday, paid all the necessary fees for sim. Then on Monday my profile no longer existed. When I tried to track my order it had suspiciously disappeared.

This makes me apprehensive to trust this service. No one has contacted me back regarding what is going on.. I know this is a new offering, but some contact/customer service can go a long way
