Problems with rain network

I referred my sister to Rain wifi,I contacted rain ,and did everything for her so that she can have her own wifi,so this week she didn't have any network, her Sim cards are not working and rain is not working at all ,she is so angry and calling the whole day ,I feel so bad because I'm the one who referred her to them and their whatsapp number is not working, and I had network problems the whole week,I'm so angry because I'm paying for them but they are failing us
