Problems with billin

I had a problem with payin ma ac the rain system was not goin thru imagine begging to pay a company .however the reason why i gave 5 stars its for their employee named Keth he is the one who deserves the 5 star not the company .Keth went all the way was callin me assistin me several times to a point where he even reconected maservice while he is helpin me with the problem the guy deserves to be the manager there he did all he cud till i manged to pay for it .rain as the company shud du better am disapointed with rain thank their employee Keith who went all the way i was already lookin for other network services but thanks to Keith
