Problems don't Rain. They POUR!!!
Totally useless!!! I have been trying to get my daily usage breakdown since the last week of March 2021. Today is 16 April, and having sent emails on (almost) a daily basis... No response. No reply. Nothing. It's no wonder their ratings are plummeting, much like their network quality.
