Problems AGAIN!!!!
I specifically requested for my payment date to be the 25th of the month and Pearl assured me that she had done this yet I log on and see that it’s the 1st!!! What ******* is this? I won’t have funds left in that account on the first. Why am constantly dealing with incompetence from Rain? It’s frustrating. Please debit me on the 25th of August and the 25th of every month like I requested. Further more, one of the SIM cards I received yesterday is not working. It just doesn’t pick up. I don’t even know what channels to use when I have an issue as I did not get any response on the app. Why can’t things just go smoothly with your service?

29 Aug 2024, 09:14My Iphone does not have the exact steps that you have mentioned but I filled in the APN details. The sim card still says no service. The other one immediately says Rain when I put it in. Please send me a sim card that works.

03 Sept 2024, 16:21I would like to know why my wifi has been disconnected and why I have failed debits from Rain when I specifically asked about my debit date and you said “Kindly Note that your payment date is the 25th, however, because your invoice is generated on the last day of the month, the debit will only be processed on the 25th of September.” And I queried again and you still said “The 1st showing on the profile is your bill cycle, which is from the 1st till the last day of the month then payment is received on the 25th.”
NOW I GET HOME TO FIND THAT I HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED!!!!! I AM WORKING FROM HOME FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK!!!! WHAT ON GODS GREEN EARTH IS GOING ON???? I NEED THIS TO BE RECTIFIED AND TO BE RECONNECTED IMMEDIATELY AS I CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS WORK DUE TO NOT HAVING CONNECTION. I AM ACTUALLY AT A LOSS FOR WORDS RIGHT NOW! YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH MY JOB AND I WILL NOT ACCEPT THAT! SORT OUT THIS MESS IMMEDIATELY
