PROBLEM SOLVED

I recently had a problem with the service which was fixed within the timeline given. I do still feel that a call centre is much needed. It is extremely frustrating to send emails with no responses and having to resort to giving a bad review on sites like these. It can so easily be avoided. Rain can definitely do better in terms of service.
