Problem solved
After being frustrated for so long with my connection. I finally got assistance from Shaylen. She apologized for all the inconvenience and ensures that my issue was sorted in less than 10 minutes. She kept on updating. I am now a happy Rain client. Thanks for your great service Shaylen.
