Problem solved

I had a problem with my internet speeds reduced as though it was throttled everyday between 16:30 to around 22:00. I wrote a review to notify Rain about this, I was called back by Rain and now it’s solved. It’s been two weeks and it seems to be working fine now. It’s good practise to come back and give positive feedback when help has been rendered.
