Problem resolved :)

I think when someone write a bad review due to a certain experience and the service providers actually take accountability for their actions and fix the problem, then it's only fair to come back and acknowledge the amount of assistance received from them. Thank you so much Rain for handling my complaint as efficiently as you did. Mishaps do happen from time to time but the most important is how it is resolved. I am back to being a HAPPY CUSTOMER and I am enjoying my Rain package.
