Price increase?

Why is my bill all of a sudden 601.05 and not 475 as usual? Please credit the difference immediately and ensure my account is not blocked. On 1 Sep 2024 9:28am i was actually informed I will not be paying more than 498.95 what is the increase for? Please refer to reference ***3 My number linked to the account is *** and ID ***
