Prescribed Debt not written off

I terminated my subscrion due 2021 to cashflow and subsequently was declared insolvant in February 2022. I have now been rehabilitated as per court order. I wanted to resume services and upon logging in discovered a bill that is still outstanding dating to April 2021. Rain needs to writte-off this bill as per Insolvancy Law and Prescriptions ACT debts has now prescribed
