Prehistoric internet speed

I'm having the same slow internet speed <100kb problem as many other people before me. I've logged a call as well with no luck. I see a lot of complaints and sincere apologies from Rain but is anything actually being done about this. I work from home and can't get anything done. Even doing something simple like sending an email is a problem. Sending smoke signals might be more efficient. You cannot over promise, under deliver and expect payment. I would like to know if anybody complaining before me got their slow internet fixed. This is not on. Companies like this should rather close their doors. Not recommending Rain to anyone.
