After more than 2 years suddenly i got handed over by Rain for a pre paid account after canceling this pathetic service telling me we ARE UNABLE to assist you due to overloaded towers no asking for payment handed to debt collectors sharing my personal infomation NO POPI consent given to them phoning me and not accepting R50 offer for a service disconnected due to no SIGNAL in Pretoria of all places very bad unprofessional

A pre paid account cant be over due check your mails from your office with the relevant references and stop this now highly unprofessional service
